Well with a new year and a new heath care provider-they made me do a health survey-It has come to my attention I need to set goals so I have something to look forward to. Those of you that know me, know I don't due New Years resolutions...I think they're silly. That being said *sigh* here are my New Years goals. Home Paint the guest bathroom! It's had a large test swatch on two walls for a couple of years now, time to just finish it. Clean up the back yard....not going to be easy. :( Self Get back into Yoga. I need at least 20 min of meditation or "clam" self dialog a day and I know yoga has helped in the past. Paint! I haven't done any
